There are many variables that can be attained with the hospitals and clinics, from completely new, to refurbishing or integrating into already existing buildings or infrastructure, also with contracted maintenance over an agreed period; up to full turnkey operations.  Staffing & training can be integrated to any degree required. The hospitals equipment mentioned, is currently in storage hence its specific details herein.  We are able to offer all the facilities mentioned, for any small to mid sized hospital / clinic requested.

The Ambulance / Medical boats are completely stripped to the hull and rebuilt, then when the boat/s are ordered, customised & fitted out to the specifications of the client in our boat yard.  The boats can be ex-Police boats for speed and up to a 76 footer converted into floating clinic, anything larger will be handled at our associated boat yard. 4 boats are currently completely rebuilt with full refurbishment and ready for customising to your designs in our own boat yard. Larger Medical Boat facilities are available if specifically required for a project.

Mobile Medical Trucks will be customised to your designs when ordered and dispatched with full turnkey facilities (if requested) There is 2 customised Lithotripters recently sold, displayed as examples.

The development arm is a subsidiary company that is able to build from any economic building for the third world covering earth quake zone expertise, up to Hotel & high rise standards. We can set up a plant to produce the material required in the host country, that can go on to earn & supply the local community long after the original project is completed.
